Aevora Healthcare Terms of Service
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, portals, communications, and services provided by Aevora Healthcare LLC ("Aevora," "we," "us," or "our") that link to these Terms, including https://app.aevorahealthcare.com, https://www.aevorahealthcare.com, and https://www.aevoraos.com.
By accessing or using a website or service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.
If you believe there is a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency number. Do not rely on AevoraOS, text messages, email, website forms, or support channels for emergency response.
Relationship to Other Agreements
AevoraOS may be made available to healthcare organizations, agencies, staff, patients, family contacts, or other authorized users under separate written agreements, business associate agreements, provider policies, service agreements, or notices. If a separate written agreement applies to your use of AevoraOS, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
These Terms do not replace a healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices, patient consent, authorization, care agreement, payer agreement, or other legally required healthcare document.
Eligibility and Authorized Use
You may use Aevora websites and services only if you are authorized to do so and can comply with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to:
- Access or use any account, portal, patient information, staff information, or organization information unless you are authorized.
- Use the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, security, rate limits, audit controls, or access restrictions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the services.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Send protected health information, payment card data, passwords, or sensitive identifiers through unsecured channels unless the workflow is approved for that purpose.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us or your organization promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, request, or activity creates security, privacy, compliance, operational, or legal risk.
AevoraOS and Health-Related Workflows
AevoraOS may support healthcare operations, family portal access, staff workflows, scheduling, documentation, billing workflows, reporting, communications, and related administrative activity. AevoraOS is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, emergency services, clinical assessment, or legally required provider review.
If you believe there is a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency number. Do not rely on AevoraOS, text messages, email, website forms, or support channels for emergency response.
Communications and SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through an Aevora account, onboarding, profile, portal, family portal invitation acceptance, staff onboarding, notification preference screen, or other approved consent flow, you agree that Aevora may send recurring text messages to that phone number.
Text messages may relate to account access, secure updates, scheduling or workflow notifications, operational reminders, and similar no-PHI nudges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Aevora text messages are intended to be generic operational notifications. We do not include diagnoses, clinical notes, wound details, payment card data, GPS data, raw patient identifiers, or other sensitive care details in SMS message bodies. To review details, sign in to AevoraOS.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You can reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Email Communications
We may send transactional, account, security, support, invite, workflow, and operational emails. If we send marketing emails, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails does not prevent us from sending transactional, security, account, or legally required notices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. Review it at https://app.aevorahealthcare.com/privacy or https://www.aevorahealthcare.com/privacy.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Aevora permission to use them without restriction or compensation.
Third-Party Services
Our websites or services may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as messaging, email, payment, hosting, analytics, security, or healthcare technology providers.
