Public program disclosure
AevoraOS text message program
Aevora Healthcare LLC uses AevoraOS to send recurring, non-marketing operational notifications to staff, family users, and other authorized account users who expressly opt in.
How users opt in
Eligible users may choose text notifications during an AevoraOS onboarding, account, profile, portal, invitation-acceptance, or notification-preference workflow. The text-message checkbox is presented unchecked. Users must actively select it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care, purchasing services, or maintaining an AevoraOS account.

Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to stop AevoraOS text messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- After opting out, a user may receive one confirmation message.
- Users may also update notification preferences inside AevoraOS where available.
