AevoraOS text message program

Aevora Healthcare LLC uses AevoraOS to send recurring, non-marketing operational notifications to staff, family users, and other authorized account users who expressly opt in.

How users opt in

Eligible users may choose text notifications during an AevoraOS onboarding, account, profile, portal, invitation-acceptance, or notification-preference workflow. The text-message checkbox is presented unchecked. Users must actively select it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care, purchasing services, or maintaining an AevoraOS account.

Message content and frequency

Messages may notify users that an account, secure-message, scheduling, report, or operational update is available. Message frequency varies based on the user’s role, preferences, and activity. AevoraOS text messages do not include patient names, diagnoses, clinical notes, wound details, visit notes, payment information, GPS data, or raw patient identifiers.

Privacy and support

Aevora Healthcare does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers only as needed to deliver messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
